The office in JLT is the project for a consulting company that is connected with the creative industry, however, they have a very high level of clients, so the goal was to find a balance between creativity and very sophisticated design
The client already has an office and decided to expand the number of employees and found an office space in the same building. As far as the client needed to move in as soon as possible we decided to do only soft renovation, so we didn't do any structural changes, didn't change flooring or even electricity. Instead, we decided to use the following. To make accents in the common area using iconic pieces of furniture with ultra-trendy fabrics. The client asked us to have a big common area that at least half of the team could use it as a brainstorming space and for teambuilding evenings.
In each of our projects, we reflect on our clients through the design. In this space, we were using different design techniques such as different textures, artworks, greenery, etc.
For the common area, we picked stainless steel kitchen cabinets, with a semi-matte finish, which helps to visually expand the space and make it airier and use a very unique material, which impresses people a lot. We used a lighting feature that emphasizes the creative atmosphere and inspires with the shape. We used a lot of artworks, and the thing which brings together all pieces is movement. We selected all artworks so that they give you inspiration in abstract shapes and show you an exciting movement.
We kept all colors from the company's brand book, so the atmosphere is very sophisticated, modern and inspirational at the same time.
